At Donlarrie Print, every item is carefully designed and made to order, personalised specifically for you, which means we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Personalised Items

As all of our products are customised using the details provided at the time of purchase, we kindly ask that you double-check all personalisation information, including spelling, names, and any additional details before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once production has begun and cannot offer refunds or exchanges for errors submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order, however, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • A full or partial refund where appropriate

Order Issues & Amendments

If you notice an error in your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee amendments once your order has entered production.

Processing & Returns

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect personalisation provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by postal services
